We use your information to operate the platform, process donations via Stripe, send transactional emails via Resend, display your profile and campaign activity, and moderate content for community safety.

3. Anonymity Options

You may donate anonymously. Anonymous donations display as "A PNW Rider" publicly. Your identity is still visible to platform administrators for fraud prevention purposes.

4. Third Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Resend for email delivery. Each has their own privacy policy governing your data. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal and fraud prevention purposes.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children

Pass the Helmet is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
